Dashboard & Settings
Team Management
Manage your team from Settings > Team (admin only).
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — configure guardrails, manage SMTP settings, manage team members, review emails |
| Reviewer | Review emails in the queue (approve, edit, reject). No access to settings or team management. |
Inviting team members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Enter the new member's email address
- Select their role (admin or reviewer)
- Click Invite
The invitee receives an email invitation with a link to join your organization. Invitations expire after 7 days.
Managing members
From the team settings page, you can:
- Change roles — Promote a reviewer to admin or demote an admin to reviewer
- Remove members — Remove someone from your organization
- Withdraw invitations — Cancel a pending invitation before it's accepted
Safety: The last admin cannot be removed or demoted. Your organization always has at least one admin.
Who should be a reviewer?
Anyone on your team who should be able to approve or reject flagged emails. Common examples:
- Customer support leads — They understand the right tone and content for customer communications
- Compliance officers — They can verify that emails meet regulatory requirements
- Operations managers — They can catch factual errors or hallucinations in AI-generated content
Reviewers can only see the review queue and email details — they can't change guardrail settings, SMTP configuration, or team membership.
