Team Management

Manage your team from Settings > Team (admin only).

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
AdminFull access — configure guardrails, manage SMTP settings, manage team members, review emails
ReviewerReview emails in the queue (approve, edit, reject). No access to settings or team management.

Inviting team members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Enter the new member's email address
  3. Select their role (admin or reviewer)
  4. Click Invite

The invitee receives an email invitation with a link to join your organization. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Managing members

From the team settings page, you can:

  • Change roles — Promote a reviewer to admin or demote an admin to reviewer
  • Remove members — Remove someone from your organization
  • Withdraw invitations — Cancel a pending invitation before it's accepted

Safety: The last admin cannot be removed or demoted. Your organization always has at least one admin.

Who should be a reviewer?

Anyone on your team who should be able to approve or reject flagged emails. Common examples:

  • Customer support leads — They understand the right tone and content for customer communications
  • Compliance officers — They can verify that emails meet regulatory requirements
  • Operations managers — They can catch factual errors or hallucinations in AI-generated content

Reviewers can only see the review queue and email details — they can't change guardrail settings, SMTP configuration, or team membership.
